ALAN POLLAK

Alan Pollak brings more than 15 years of business management to Evergreen Insurance. Alan joined
Evergreen Insurance in 2015 as COO and through his leadership and strategic business development,
Mr. Pollak successfully streamlined operations and upgraded Evergreen's proprietary operating
software, databases and technology to facilitate the growth it has seen.
As Chief Operating Officer, Alan is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of
the company. Alan has established strong industry relationships and focuses on offering next generation
technology, products and services.
Mr. Pollak is the leading force behind multiple departments such as our accounting department, renewal departments: small business, large business and VIP business as well as our customer service department
Evergreen Insurance was well recognized under Mr. Pollak's leadership, receiving notable awards such
as “Executive of the month” by the New York Real Estate Journal.
Prior to joining Evergreen Insurance, Alan worked as a controller for Berkley Properties, a real estate
investment fund and founder and president of a payroll service company which sold to a national
competitor in 2015.
